What sets sourdough apart from other types of bread?
Sourdough is a type of bread that rises naturally without needing store-bought yeast. It achieves this through a 'starter,' a blend of fermented flour and water teaming with wild yeast and beneficial bacteria.
Our 'starter' was created and fermented months ago and requires daily upkeep. The process of sourdough takes two days total and is totally worth it!
